“Angelica Cream” is a very dense and creamy balsamic condiment with a soft and delicate aftertaste. It is characterised by a moderate and full taste. It is perfect with both sweet and salty preparations, for a daily use or gourmet dishes. It is a high-quality cream without any added preservatives.

Ingredients: acetified cooked grape must, corn starch
No dyes, preservatives, artificial flavourings.
No added sulphites, gluten free.
Uses: perfect with meat, roast, steak, roast beef, fish, crustaceans, cooked and raw vegetables, salads, eggs, risotto, Tortelli with ricotta or pumpkin, Parmigiano Reggiano, ice cream, strawberries, fruit salads, generally with all raw preparations.
“Angelica Crema” is made of balsamic condiments matured in the barrels and handcrafted with the addition of a little bit of corn starch, a type of flour used also in the confectionery production. This characteristic balance between the sweet and sour of the balsamic and the natural density and creaminess of the starch creates our high-quality cream.
The entire processing of the product is carried out in our farm. Produced with our grapes.
“Angelica” is naturally stable thanks to its acetic gradient, the potential occurrence of a slight sediment is a sign of its artisanship and genuineness, anyway it can be exploited by leaving the bottle at bain-marie with its cap open.
Maximum recommended storage 10 years (in a cool dry place).
