Our Pear Extra Jam is produced seasonally and by hand and it is characterised by a high content of fruit. We produce it by cooking over a direct flame the fresh fruit, cleaned and cut into small pieces, in a steel cauldron. The jars are then boiled in a bain-marie to obtain the vacuum-packing. When you taste the jam you can clearly feel the body and flavour of the pears.

Pear Extra Jam - 210 ml
Ingredients: pears, sugar, lemon rind.
Fruit used: 150g for 100g of finished product
Total sugar: 35g for 100g of finished product
No pectin, preservatives, dyes, thickeners and gluten free.
Perfect with hard and soft cheese, with gnocco fritto (a typical bread of Modena) and for breakfast with bread and butter.
