Our Peach Extra Jam is produced seasonally and by hand and it is characterised by a high content of fruit. We produce it by cooking over a direct flame the fresh fruit, cleaned and cut into small pieces, in a steel cauldron. The jars are then boiled in a bain-marie to obtain the vacuum-packing. When you taste the jam you can clearly feel the body and flavour of the peaches.

Fruit used: 165g for 100g of finished product
Total sugar: 45g for 100g of finished product
No pectin, preservatives, dyes, thickeners and gluten free.
Perfect for breakfast with bread and butter, with white yoghurt, with tigelle (a typical bread of Modena) and amaretti.
