Lambrusco Grasparossa from Castelvetro P.D.O. is a typical wine of the area of foothills south of Modena. Obtained from the homonymous vine, with an intense ruby-red colour, violet nuances and evanescent foam, it is the most robust and full-bodied “Lambrusco” of Modena. It is perfect served with all the first courses of the typical Emilia kitchen, but also with meat, roast, cold cuts and hard cheeses.

Food pairings: perfect with first courses of the Emilia kitchen, cold cuts, hard cheeses, Parmigiano Reggiano, meat, tagliatelle with ragù, tortelloni with ricotta or pumpkin, tigelle and gnocco fritto (two typical kinds of bread of Modena).

The product maintains its original organoleptic characteristics 3 years.
