Characteristics of the “Narciso” collection: no density but aromatic and persistent scents thanks to the high quality of the Trebbiano grapes and the 12-year-long aging. Liquid but extremely tasty and aromatic. General acidity more perceived.

No dyes or preservatives, no artificial flavourings or thickeners.
No added sulphites, gluten free.
Uses: perfect with meat, steak tartare, roast, steak, roast beef, fish, crustaceans, cooked and raw vegetables, salads, eggs, generally for raw preparations.
It is part of the “Narciso” collection of balsamic condiments matured 12 years in barriques.
A slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle is a sign of its artisanship and genuineness.

The entire processing of the product is carried out in our farm.
