A relaxed tasting of typical Modenese products in a quiet, family atmosphere. We share the traditions of our table with you while you sample mountain Parmigiano Reggiano, San Felice salami and a good Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOP. And of course, balsamic vinegar is a must: you can enjoy plenty of spoon tastings of our artisanal balsamic vinegars.
