“Cupido Green Juniper” is a balsamic condiment matured in 20-year-old oak barrels of successively smaller sizes. Very dense and naturally creamy with natural flavour of juniper wood. It is characterised by a medium-strong acidity and highly aromatic aftertaste where the juniper wood can clearly be perceived. The only ingredient is acetified grape must. The juniper aroma is naturally obtained through the juniper wood infusion in the barrels.

Taste: medium-strong balsamic flavoured with juniper. Highly aromatic aftertaste, the juniper is clearly perceivable at the end of the tasting. Medium-strong acidity.

Used grapes: Trebbiano and Lambrusco Grasparossa from our production
No dyes or preservatives, no artificial flavourings or thickeners.
No added sulphites, gluten free.
Uses: perfect with meat, roast, steak, roast beef, fish, crustaceans, cooked and raw vegetables, salads, eggs, risotto, Tortelli with ricotta or pumpkin, Parmigiano Reggiano, ice cream, strawberries, fruit salads, generally with all raw preparations.

“Cupido” is naturally stable thanks to its acetic gradient and it does not need any stabiliser, the potential occurrence of a slight sediment is a sign of its artisanship and genuineness, anyway it can be exploited by leaving the bottle at bain-marie with its cap open.
Maximum recommended storage 10 years (in a cool dry place).
