Lambrusco from Sorbara P.D.O. is a typical wine of the north-eastern area of Modena located between the rivers Secchia and Panaro. Obtained from the homonymous vine with a light ruby-red colour and a slightly rosy foam, it has a very delicate and fruity taste with scents of violet and a pleasant sourness. It is perfect for aperitifs thanks to its characteristic lightness and naturally rosy colour.
