It offers a characteristic acetic slightly sweet aftertaste, naturally aromatic. The fragrance is intense. The only ingredient is cooked and fermented grape must of Lambrusco. Ingredients: acetified cooked Lambrusco grape must
No dyes or preservatives, no artificial flavourings or thickeners.
No added sulphites, gluten free.
Uses: perfect with meat, steak tartare, roast, steak, roast beef, fish, crustaceans, cooked and raw vegetables, salads, eggs, generally for raw preparations.

A slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle is a sign of its artisanship and genuineness.
