The grape "Sughi" are an artisan dessert from Emilia region, typical of the Modena area, made of grape must. Our Sughi are obtained by cooking the Lambrusco grape must over low heat and then adding wheat flour, until a natural, soft and creamy consistency is obtained. The product is absolutely typical of the autumn in Modena and does not contain any added sugars.
